Abstract
This research aims to improve learning outcomes in volleyball overhead passing using standard balls in Class XI IPS 1 SMA Negeri 7, North Bengkulu. The type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) using a test method with a sample of 22 students from Class XI IPS. The results indicate that the initial data from the overhead passing skill test showed that only 14% of students met the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM), with 3 students passing and 19 students (86%) not passing. In the first meeting of the first cycle, there was an increase in the passing rate to 59%, with 13 students passing and 9 students (41%) not passing. In the second meeting of the first cycle, the passing rate increased to 68%, with 15 students passing and 7 students (32%) not passing. In the first meeting of the second cycle, the passing rate increased to 73%, with 16 students passing and 6 students (27%) not passing. In the second meeting of the second cycle, the passing rate rose to 82%, with 18 students passing and 4 students (18%) not passing. This research demonstrates that using standard balls can improve learning outcomes in volleyball overhead passing. Keywords: Overhead Passing Skills, Standard Balls, Volleyball
