Abstract
PT. Mitra Puding Mas produces a lot of CPO so there are also a lot of employees. Employes will feel satisfied if they are being cared for by what the company gives to them. The purpose of this research is to find out the working satisfaction level by the factory employees at PT Mitra Puding Mas and to analyses the correlation social factor and financial factors toward employees working satisfaction at PT Mitra Puding Mas North of Bengkulu Regency. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method and uses Likert scale and Spearman Rank correlation test. The result shows that the satisfaction level of the workers in this category satisfactory, social factor, physical factor and Financial Factor have real correlation with Employees working satisfaction.
