The hospital as a health service sub-system provides two types of services to the community, namely health services and administrative services. Health services include medical services, medical support services, medical rehabilitation and care services. The service is carried out through the emergency unit, outpatient unit and inpatient unit. This study aims to find out the relationship between health service quality with patient satisfaction level at the Heart Polyclinic Room in RSUD. Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu in 2018. This study is an analytic research using cross-sectional design. The population in this study were all patients who visited the Cardiac Polyclinic in the RSUD. Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu in 2017 amounted to 15,674 with a total sample of 99 respondents taken by accidental sampling technique. Data collection was carried out with primary data, the data obtained were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed that more than half of respondents thought that the quality of service in the Heart Polyclinic Room in the RSUD. Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu is not good. Half the respondents said that they were not satisfied with the service at the Heart Polyclinic Room in the RSUD. Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu.
